Hello! I am pleased to have everyone's ongoing support and loyalty for my passion/side hobby of being a Meteorologist- and giving you info over the years. At one point in time- I did a small fundraiser a year back or so- and got a few kind donations (which is amazing!), but as you know- it only goes so far- and as you know- this is not my main job. I also work 8-6 every day. 

Arguably- (and some may disagree)- I consider myself to be a pretty prominent voice on social media for the weather- constantly hustling and posting at all hours- as time allows- and breaks at work allow- to keep people informed. Other than the National Weather Service- I don't know of a lot of people that go to such lengths to keep their loyal fan base informed- with sheer passion as a motivation. :)

I have a lot of people asking me for more weather, more updates, and more features. I would LOVE to give these to you, but some of the solutions are a bit out of reach financially. Some have suggested setting up a campaign. I hate asking for money and help- but if anyone is open to helping the BoKnowsWeather cause to grow- I would surely appreciate it.

This money would go exclusively to helping the app to expand and grow- expand the data limits and reach that we have with the app- incorporate more features etc- and also to fund a new platform (part of it) that caters to some of the people that I help each year. As you know- I don't work for a large company with big budgets and things like that. It's always been all me- and self-funded. 

$2,000 is just the tip of the iceberg- but really hoping this can gain some traction to just contribute to the end goal so that I can really deliver the weather for everyone.

I also hope to expand my offerings this fall for some of my consulting clients as well- to come up with a workable platform that can help everyone out. :)
