Raising Money in Honour of Mike Chesher

Mike Chesher was an outstanding individual who led by example.  A kind and honourable gentleman to the core, Mike was the kind of person who always made time for others all the while making others feel good to be in his presence.  Quiet and unassuming, Mike had a dignified air that drew others to him.  Above all, Mike was unbelievably devoted to his wife Jackie, and his 2 year old son Carson.

Unbeknownst to many, Mike was diagnosed with a brain tumor five years ago and successfully went into remission.  You would never have known because Mike lived a full and rich life. Then, in March 2020, he was unexpectedly told that his tumor was back.  After a valiant and brave battle, Mike succumbed unexpectedly to his illness on July 7th, just four short months later.

It goes without saying that Mike will be missed deeply by all who knew him.   His passing is an undeniable tragedy - he was taken far too soon. 

This page is being set up to provide a means for people who choose to do so to honour Mike's memory by creating a fund for his son Carson.  At only two years old, Carson will experience many things for which his dad will not be present.  It is my sincere hope that any funds raised will help Carson know just how much his Dad meant to others, and what a special man he was.

The proceeds from all funds raised will be distributed to Mike's wife, in trust for Carson.
