5K a day for 38 days.

Starting on the 31st July and ending on the 6th September (the same date as the Wigan 10K event).

Why 38 days you may ask? That is the exact number of days our newborn triplets were in neonatal care for. 1 run for every day they spent there.

By marking this chapter with this challenge it also reminds me of how far we've all come.

What am I raising money for? Wigan Neonatal and Intensive Care Unit (NICU) who cared for all of us throughout the start of our journey as a family of 5.

We owe Wigan NICU everything, they kept us all safe and provided outstanding care for our three premature babies.

The money raised will go towards helping other local families and babies during their stay there.
