Raising money for the NHS at Nottingham.
On 09/10/20 Luke and I are going to walk 40 miles from my house in Stamford to Queens Medical Centre in Nottingham to raise money in aid of Nottingham University Hospitals.
We are walking to say thank you to the staff at queens med who saved both of our lives, members of our family and our friends. We are also walking to remember family and friends who have lost their lives there. Without the staff at queens medical going above and beyond we both wouldn't be here today.
On the 9th of october it will be a year to the day since my accident which left me with many injuries including a shattered femur and broken pelvis. This 40 miles will be a big challenge for me so please support us as much as you can in any way you are able to. We have all benefited from the NHS at some point in our lives and many of us from Queens med.
