Raising Money for my immigration fees

Hello, my name is Kelvin Okunorobo. I'm a 23-year-old creative who has lived in the UK since the age of 2. I've lived and been through all stages of my development in the UK
Through these years, I have made friends, met new people, and travelled to many cities in the UK. My close family lives here, my friends are here, and my entire schooling history is here. My entire life began here - there is nowhere else for me.

Immigration has taken so much from me, my freedom, my experiences. I've spent so long building myself, my passion, learning, getting qualified, and not letting it define where I aim to be
And to this day, the system continues to punish me and break me down.

Now I'm in an urgent position as my life and livelihood are at risk, my freedom, my bank accounts, and my future are all at risk. I urgently need the support to lodge a new application, and I do not have access to make the money or access funds to pay for it, so I can finally be free.

What is happening

I have been put on immigration bail and am liable to be detained. My details have been passed to the PNC (Police National Computer), which, for almost 2 months now, has forbidden me from any work

In February 2024, I had worked up the funds to launch the ILR application for my sister and myself; however, it was unsuccessful as the Home Office had stated I did not qualify.

This was a huge blow to my mental health, and I had to instead launch an FLR application with a fee waiver, as the refund had not been received, which also took months
When I finally had a sliver of hope, as was accepted during the biometric stage, I was asked to provide a passport. I have never been outside of the UK and did not know how I could even start the process to get my Nigerian passport. The following weeks, I was constantly pressured to provide one, but my solicitor has failed to state the reason why I'm unable to provide one, as I came as a child on my mother's passport, which left me in limbo from December 2024 till now, where my rights have now been stripped away from me

The only way for me to be removed from this situation is to lodge a new application, which will remove the bail status and can be used to help fight this. I have nothing else. I have been through every part of the immigration system against my own choices, and still to this day, I proceed to fight

I have spent the years growing my passion through VYNIL ( @vynilwlrd ), which has helped me embody my core belief and not let this be my misfortune dictate where I choose to go and where I aim to be. And now I can't do that, can't do what I love no more. I have been forbidden to work on it

I must raise the funds to pay for any costs regarding my case
What Your Donation Supports

The fees for ILR are £3,029

Any or all solicitor fees can cost from £1000

If my only option is FLR
£1,321, plus the Immigration Health Surcharge (IHS) (currently £2,587.50 for a 2.5-year application

I have nothing in Nigeria; going back there would destroy me, and the shock of being ripped away from everything I’ve known would kill me. I can only speak English; my only way of life is English. This is my culture. I’ve never left the country since I came in 2003. I quite literally only know England.

I have suffered mentally for years, living through the immigration system, which has caused me stress and depression. I have done nothing, never been arrested, and have never caused any problems; I have worked to be the best I possibly can be. Being removed will not only destroy me, but it will kill me

This is my last hope.

Any funds left over will go to my legal fees or to families going through the dehumanisation of the UK immigration system, whose fees continue to increase every year.
