R.I.P to the best husband, dad, son, grandson & uncle

Hi,

My name is Emily and I am making a go fund me on behalf of my beautiful sister in law and my beautiful nephews.

My brother Corey Gilchrist (CJ) was tragically killed last night in an accident in Coburg returning home from his new work when a driver failed to give way we have been told so far.

He was hit by a car on his motorbike and passed away at the scene.

He leaves behind his wife and children whose family are in Japan whilst most of our family are in NSW.

Corey is from Dubbo and grew up in Newy and Dubbo before settling in Melbourne.

Funds will go to my sister in law and towards my brothers funeral and ongoing expenses to support my sister in law and nephews in this terrible time of grief.

We are absolutely heart broken, shocked and sick to our stomachs over the loss of a shining light, one of the funniest men you would ever meet, a true man, uncle, brother, son, grandson and mostly husband and father.

Anyone who knew my brother was blessed as he was witty, hilarious, caring, giving and my younger brother and my protector from day one.

Being a father and husband bought him great joy, healed old wounds and he went over and beyond to break the cycle we endured.

We will be forever broken but he deserves to rest in heaven and hopefully this helps.
