Hi i'm Lukas. I'm a trans man trying to navigate the UK medical system. The NHS waitlist for gender services is 7 years long and after looking at my options I have no choice but to go private as this is severely impacting my mental health.

Appointments are from £500 per appointment and multiple appointments are needed to get hormones and surgery.

While my ultimate goal is top surgery I know that costs a lot and I first need to get on a stable hormone level so I am raising money for this private healthcare.
