Hi my name is Hannah.

Myself along with a friend Jessica will be doing a sky dive hopefully in April to raise money for the Kevin bell repatriation trust. The choice for the sky dive is my dad loved aeroplanes and I want to do something in his memory coming up to his year anniversary.

Back on 17th February 2025 i received a phone call from the police in England which changed my life forever, my father had suddenly passed away and had been found in his hotel room in London. My dad drove to England to be my sisters birthing partner and the day after his 2nd granddaughter was born he suddenly passed away, 3 months after our mum died.

My dad lived in Northern Ireland with me and I was at a complete loss as to how to get him home or what to do. As a young single parent to 2 children I didn’t have the nearly £4000 I had been told to get my dad’s remains home. Someone has told me about the Kevin bell trust and within half an hour of me emailing them Colin had rang me and had everything sorted to collect my dad once his body was released.

knowing I wasn’t alone and there was help to get my father home is something I’ll forever be grateful for. I never in a million years thought I would need a type of trust like this but I did and now I want to give back to them and the fantastic job they do helping so many family’s get there loved ones home from overseas.
