Hi all!

I accepted a challenge on the proviso we could raise some money for charity and I can think of no better option than our very own Lee Calvers Felixstowe Lifeboat Charity. These guys are genuine lifesavers and those who give up their time do it on a voluntary basis. From speaking to Lee, this money would be used to improve the navigation equipment on the boats, so anything would be great!

Giving up a few creature comforts feels like a small price to pay and after repeated unfounded jibes about me liking a pint and mocking Paul for his poor diet choices, I have been challenged by my LT colleagues to give up Booze and Meat for the month of May! Rich has kindly added reading 25 pages of non fiction (you'll have to ask him why) and 10,000 steps per day (Ralph, my Labrador will be delighted).
