I’m taking on a Hyrox event on December 5th and raising money for Cambridge Rape Crisis, a charity that has been a lifeline for me over the past few months.

September 4th marks a year since the last time I was assaulted by my ex-boyfriend. That’s why today, I’m launching this fundraiser — as a stand against domestic and sexual violence, and as a way to give back to an organisation that supports survivors like me every single day.

Cambridge Rape Crisis provides vital, often life-changing support to women and girls affected by sexual violence. Their work is crucial, and I want to help them continue reaching those who need it most.
