Sara Gawlowski Adams & Joshua Adams had their tiny little baby on Monday, August 10th.  Sara had an emergency c-section.  Wes weighed in at 1 lb, 5.3 oz and is 11.5 inches long.   He is in NICU at St. Johns and has a long road ahead of him.  Of course that means a lot of medical bills.  If you can help contribute to their expenses, I know they would be forever grateful.  Thanks for your consideration.
