Lola is 3 years old and was diagnosed a year ago with a rare form of eye cancer retinoblastoma, treatment was first successful however the cancer surged and progressed outside the eye, Lola is currently receiving intense chemotherapy to shrink the cancer back into the eye for the cancer to be removed. Lola is unbelievably sick with the treatment, her worried parents are are by her side whilst trying to maintain a stable routine with Lola’s brother Jacob, Jacob also misses his sister and visits when he can.
