Hello! My name is Maya Fu, and I am a high school student in Ann Arbor, Michigan. I also host a podcast called This Person I Met, and a few months ago, I was able to interview Adam Grant, the director of an organization called A Brighter Way. ABW is dedicated to helping formerly incarcerated people readjust to life outside of prison, and Mr. Grant's story was incredibly inspiring. The link to the episode will be below:
It was also always a lifelong dream of mine to publish a book, and recently, I had the privilege of doing so, in collaboration with Ann Arbor District Library's Fifth Avenue Press. The book is called A Crown in the Dark, and is a YA fantasy.
