On October 11, 2020, Rachel woke up with excruciating pain in her back. Little did she know this pain would ultimately change her life. After being admitted to the hospital and receiving many tests and scans, it was determined she needed back surgery, but they also found a tumor on her spine. The doctors did a biopsy on that tumor, and days later, Rachel was called into the doctor's office on Oct. 20 to hear the biopsy results: Rachel has cancer. More specifically, she has breast cancer which had already spread into the back. Since the cancer had already spread into the bone, she was given the diagnosis of Stage 4 breast cancer.

       Rachel is a wife and a mom to 4 kids, 2 biological and 2 from marriage and at just 37 this has come as a massive shock to her whole family. On top of regular everyday expenses, she will have medical bills and a lot more that comes from going to multiple appointments. Rachel is an amazing woman and would never ask for help.
