Raising funds to improve quality of life in Ghana
The charity, 'Village by village' transforms the relationship between the world's richest and poorest. For a month starting in January 2024, I'm going to live in a rural remote village in Ghana, which lives in poverty. During my stay I will talk to the people and elders to discover what will have the biggest impact in their community as well as contributing my help.
Raising funds will allow this charity to help reduce the needless suffering and deaths of children living in poverty in remote rural African villages, with the main focus on 10 villages.
I'm going to be competing in the Media city 10km run on 31st August and Altrincham 10km on 17th September to raise at least £1250 which will be donated straight to 'Village by village’. Any donation will help make an impact so l'm very grateful for your contributions.
