Raising funds to help poor Oscar

This is little Oscar. He had a bad fall from the sofa and slipped a disc in his back. He had to be referred to the willows where they checked his insurance and said it was all ok. After the operation the insurance wouldn't pay out the whole balance.

Oscars owner is 73 and the dog's are his world and this is a lot of money for him to fork out. Especially as he was insured.

So we're hoping to try raise some money to help him.
