Raising funds to help Mick Attard in recovery

Donation protected

We are all very fond of Mick, affectionately known as 'Uncle', Mick works part time for our team and others at Hawkesbury Racecourse as well as training his own team of horses.

Unfortunately Mick was kicked (double barrelled hard) by one of his horses last Sunday - an act of exuberance by the horse, West Elk who was racing that day.

Mick was very seriously injured and remains in a critical condition in Westmead Hospital.

Never one to moan Mick works very hard to support his horses, family and assortment of pets.

The road to recovery will be a long one and Mick won't be able to zoom around at his usual pace doing his many jobs.

Our aim is to raise enough money that Mick will be able to recover without worry or any financial strain and get back on his feet easily.

Anyone who knows Mick personally will know that he would do anything for anyone with a good cheerful grace and we would like to support him at this hard time.
