Hi, my name is Josh (Josh's LinkedIn ) and I am the founder of The Accountability Group. I'm also an addict in recovery, earned multiple degrees from Stanford University, am a published author, and am an advocate for destigmatizing diseases of addiction and mental health in the United States. We truly are a social entrepreneurship venture where 75% of our profits go to those in need of rehabilitation and continuing care who suffer from diseases of addiction and mental health through our scholarship programs.

The Team's background ranges from Computer Science and Engineering to Digital Marketing and Public Relations. Josh has started numerous start-ups before with two exits but has no intentions of letting go of The Accountability Group since it is his baby. Anshul has a background in computer science and data analytics. Natasha has a background in digital marketing and public relations. Eden has a background in content creation, blogging, vlogging, and podcasting our message and vision to self-identified members of my community and concerned families and friends.

 

 

 

Our focus is to develop an AI/ML mobile application that will provide self-identified individuals, families, and concerned friends the opportunity to stay constantly engaged with their loved one(s). Unlike our competitors, we are not merely a day counter but have created a small and limited network where users are only able to have TAG advocates (followers) that they've actually met in real life. TAG isn't focused on likes or the number of followers you can amass since we've capped the total number of TAG advocates at 100 for every user.

 

 

We offer services including podcasts, vlogs, blogs, and a social media presence across platforms, and are slowly building our brand and capital to get our first group of individuals into the appropriate 30-day programs and assist with aftercare once they are discharged. The goal of The Accountability Group is actually a social venture where we donate 25% of our proceeds to a selection of individuals that are either uninsured or under-resourced and cannot afford the expensive costs of proper rehabilitation here in the United States of America. Additionally, our subscription model will give users a percentage of their subscription back in the form of TAG BUCKS© that can later be used at a TAG Advocates local clubhouse for halftime donations.

 

 

 

With your support, we'll be able to grow The Accountability Group and provide scholarships to places like Ashley Addiction Treatment, Ascension Brighton Center for Recovery, Bedrock Recovery Center, Harmony Foundation, and Caron Treatment Centers to name a few.

 

 

Our goal, simply put, is to save lives and get people the help they need so they do not need to ever experience the cycle of both physical and mental pain that comes with the diseases of addiction and mental health. I wouldn't wish either on my worst enemy. So please, donate what you can to help those most in need because this past year alone there were over 100K deaths due to overdose that could have been prevented and 1-in-5 people you walk by every day is suffering from some form of mental health illness that we can help by intervening and assist in provided funding/resources to get them the proper inpatient care they need.
