On Sunday, August 17th, marks ten years since the passing of Jonathon Dodgson — a beloved son, brother, uncle, friend, and teammate. In his memory, the Seaton FC Under-8s will be taking on a sponsored walk up Skiddaw, one of the Lake District’s most iconic peaks.

Jonathon played for Seaton FC from childhood all the way through to open age. Football was a huge part of his life, and it’s a fitting tribute that his nephew — now playing for the U8s — honouring him through the sport he loved.

We’re raising funds to support the team with new equipment, tournament fees, and football kits — essentials that help keep grassroots football thriving and inclusive.
