Meet Riley, a twelve year old girl with a heart-breaking story. A few months ago after much investigation, Riley met up with Dr Koos Louw who informed the family of devastating news. The news that Riley has a severe scoliosis deformity and desperately needs emergency surgery to avoid any further damage. This condition could ultimately be life threatening as her heart and lungs could become compressed. With no financial backing and no private healthcare, the figure of around R1 million is extremely daunting.
