Hello. My name is Sheldon Hawke and I’m writing today on behalf of my mother Lisa Ann LaForme I appreciate you taking your time to read her story. She was born on July 15th 1963 and grew up with 3 siblings, her parents were very talented musicians then and that ensured she would carry a passion for music all her life. She is also an inspiring poet and has written many poems through the years, more than a few have been published. There are 8 of us who get the privilege to call her mom, but her large heart doesn’t stop there, many of our friends also refer to her as mom, she so easily shares her love and compassion with this world. Lisa graduated culinary school in 2001, food has always been a passion for her as well. There are many recipes the family will cherish for years to come. Sadly mom has been diagnosed with stage 4 inoperable cancer throughout her entire body. The shock and surprise of the news hits hard, it is our Moms wish to plan her burial ahead of time. Unfortunately our budget will exceed the costs of the funeral, so we are looking to raise as much as we can to help cover her needs.
