Hey everyone. I found out this year I am in stage 5 kidney failure. I am on dialysis and need a kidney transplant soon. This is to help raise money for medical expenses as not only is dialysis medication expensive, but the kidney transplant will be very expensive as well. I am 25 years old and my kidneys are at 4% functioning power. Please help if you can!
