Raising funds for mother of 3 coping with a stroke

Hello to all I am raising funds for my Ill paralyzed mother she recently had a stroke which left her paralyzed and in a wheelchair. She has 3 kids the youngest is 4yrs. She needs to move into a wheelchair accessible building where she’d be able to go outside she currently lives in a basement. Due to the pandemic I’m unable to attend to her as needed because I’m honestly scared to bring in the virus into her home. She has no income and no funding at all.
