It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved Maria. Maria was a kind soul whose warmth and love touched the lives of everyone who knew her. Over the past six years she bravely fought a battle with Motor Neuron Disease (MND), a progressive condition that stole much of her strength but never her spirit. During this difficult journey, we were fortunate enough to receive support and care from Ashgate Hospice, who provided comfort not only to Maria but also to our family during this challenging time.

In honour of Maria’s memory, we are raising funds to support both MND Association and Ashgate Hospice, so others who face similar battles can receive the same compassionate care that meant so much to Maria and our family.
