With the recent flash flooding that engulfed the Des Moines metro, most of team DMTB was lucky to avoid any damage. However, our teammate Katy Knight was not that lucky. 

She lives near Four Mile Creek in Des Moines, one of the hardest hit areas of town, and the flooding took over her basement and garage, causing a massive amount of damage to her property, including her car, water heater, washer and dryer, air conditioner, furnace and more. 

As Katy continues to deal with the cleanup from the flood, we're hoping we can raise some money to help relieve the stress both financially and emotionally.
