Hi, i’m Justin as most of you may know. I’ve been fortunate and blessed enough to experience some once imaginable opportunities through football, I have made incredible friends on and off the pitch through the sport I love. And at some point in my career I felt untouchable, I felt as if I had the world at my feet but God had other plans for me. He blessed me with these new challenges, these new hardships and a lot of lessons to be learnt more so mentally than physically.

I first ruptured my ACL last year in July 2024, however I was blessed enough to become a rare case in Australia where my ACL had reattached (it fully healed). I put my head down and put my faith in the only man who had control of my journey, I count my blessings everyday but I’ve unfortunately re ruptured the same ACL last month.

I’m not one to ask for handouts as I’ve learnt that everything is earned. But as I’m now turning 22, it’s come to a point in my short career where it is now a make or break window of opportunities for me. therefore it is imperative for me to return to the sport I love as soon as possible. after learning my latest MRI results and sought further professional advice, they have advised that surgery is the best and only option moving forward for me to reach my dreams and aspirations of becoming a professional footballer.

The surgery is necessary, but unfortunately, it’s expensive. Because of the expected 15k-18k surgery cost, time off work and rehabilitation fees, it’s more than I can handle on my own. That’s why I started this GoFundMe, so I can focus on healing instead of stressing about how to pay for it all.
