Hi my name is Amanda, and I’m raising money for a memorial Bench in Brighton in honour of my dad.

This month, I sadly lost my dad. He was an incredibly important part of my life, and it's been a difficult time for my family and I. My dad is buried in Rwanda, which makes visiting his resting place very hard, especially as I live in Brighton.

To create a space where my family and I can go to remember and feel close to him, I’m raising funds for a memorial bench here in Brighton. It would mean so much to have a peaceful place nearby where we can reflect, and honour his memory.
