Hi everyone,

Our names are Jonah Crowther and Dawson John and we are both members of the Saint Mary's University Men’s Basketball team and MBA students at the school. On Friday, November 21st, during one of our league games, we are raising funds and awareness for Special Olympian athletes across Nova Scotia. As members of the Halifax athletic community, we both believe we have a duty to use our platform to help uplift communities who may feel underrepresented or uncelebrated. We thought, what better way to do so than to host a night of fundraising and celebration during one of our home games. The night will feature many local Special Olympian athletes and opportunities to explore how you can get involved in supporting Special Olympics in your community.
