My mother, my best friend,  our rock, is battling stage 4 metastatic cancer. Anyone who knows this woman, knows that she is indeed, the rock of our family.  She is a true, one of a kind human being. She has always lended a hand, bed, or dollar to anyone who needed it. This has been a devastating blow to my mom and our family, but she has remained very strong. The time has come that she can know longer work, and while my dad works and takes care of her, they need some help from us now. We have been trying to get an event together in October. However, to be completely honest, through many price comparisons and lack of time to effectively prepare, I would rather take extra time to ensure that it is successful. We will plan a gathering for everyone after the holidays. I need 100% of proceeds to go to her at this time. Let’s rally behind our girl and show her some love please!
