Raising for Rigo Renteria Gallegos

Towards the beginning of October, Rigo was taken to the emergency room for leg pain. What started out as a check up, quickly turned into a nightmare. Rigo went into Cardiac Arrest and was put into a medical induced coma. For 3 days,  in hopes of reversing any potential damage to his brain from lack of oxygen during his time in cardiac arrest, he went through hypothermia therapy. The doctor's had found a clot in his Papatile artery but nothing could be done for it until after the hypothermia therapy was complete. This lead to Rigo's right leg having to be amputated. At first, the surgeon's cut below the knee but after a few days, the wound was not healing well. The surgeon's had to go back and amputate above the knee. Now, almost a month later, he is making great recovery but still has a long way to go, not only with therapy but also with dialysis. Because of all of the stress his body has gone through, his kidney's have taken a hit and are taking a while to respond, causing him to need dialysis. We are asking on behalf of Rigo for any help you can give. The donations will go towards his hospital bills, physical therapy sessions, as well as a prosthetic leg when the time comes for one. I, Rebecca, Rigo's sister, will be handling the money for Rigo. When time comes to pay for his bills, I will transfer the money to Rigo or make the payments myself.
