As many of you know, Randie Livingood has been dealing with several medical issues, and his battle is just beginning. In late April, it was discovered that Randie has a brain tumor. He was transferred from Carle Hospital in Champaign to Northwestern Memorial Hospital in Chicago. He had surgery to remove as much of the tumor as possible. After surgery, Randie was released and able to go home. Since then, he has experienced a series of setbacks, and he is now back in the hospital. Randie had fluid on his brain and suffered a series of strokes, causing him to have two more surgeries, and is back at Northwestern Memorial Hospital. His biopsy has diagnosed him with an Oligodendroglioma brain tumor. While his next step in this battle is unknown at this time, we know that he will require extensive rehabilitation and chemo.

All of this has come as a shock to his family and friends. The Livingood family is always quick to help out family and friends or even strangers. Now it's our turn to show them all the love and support. Randie and Brenda have many friends from every stage of life who have reached out asking how they can help, so we felt this page was the best way to reach as many friends and family as possible.
