My Baby brother  Octavio Vera was a kind and hard working individual. He was the youngest of 4 and was always the spoiled one he was 18 years old soon to be 19 in June. He did attend central Heights. Unfortunately he is no longer with us.This is very hard for the whole family and is something that we wish was not true. We hope everyone can have him in your prayers thank you.
