Raising for MS Support – Colmworth GC Captain’s Charity Year
Donation protected
Hi, my name is Taz Taylor, and I have the honour of serving as Club Captain this year at Colmworth Golf Club. It’s a role I’m incredibly proud to take on — not only for the golf but for the opportunity it gives me to give something back.
This year, I’ll be dedicating my captaincy to raising money for Mutual Support, part of the MS Society, a cause that means the world to me personally.
Over 25 years ago, I was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis. As a veteran, this was a tough road to navigate — but I was never alone. Mutual Support, the MS Society’s network for veterans and serving personnel affected by MS, has been a lifeline. Their understanding, community, and resources have made a real difference in my journey.
Now, I want to return the favour.
Throughout my captain’s year, I’ll be organising fundraising events and initiatives both on and off the course. Whether it’s charity competitions, or sponsored challenges, I’ll be doing all I can to raise awareness and funds for the people and families who rely on this vital service.
This is my way of saying thank you — and I’d be so grateful if you could support me.
Every donation, no matter how small, goes directly to helping veterans and others living with MS access the support they deserve.
Thank you for your kindness, and I look forward to keeping you updated throughout the year.
