Raising for Mews surgery to save his life

My beautiful 2 year old cat Mew has not had the best start to the year. After 4 surgeries due to urinary tract blocking we have maxed out his pet insurance and due to the persistent issue and blocking meaning he can die in 48 hours he has been rushed in to undergo major widening of his urethra surgery. This surgery along with his hospitalisation is costing me 4K. Please if you can spare anything to help me save Mews life long term it would be much appreciated by me and my beautiful boy
