If you know me you no I love a challenge that is going to test me physically and mentally and what more of a reason to do this crazy challenge but for a number of charities, Running has become a massive part of my life in recent years and it’s helped me mentality and physically, so why not use this to raise money and awareness for 5 chosen Charities through the power of running and they are

Shelter - campaigns to end homelessness

Mind - for better mental health

Dog Trust - Mans best friend also needs a helping hand

Alzheimer’s society - Helps to research and support those with dementia and their families

macmillan cancer support

I have chosen the go fund me platform as it is easier to transfer to money to all the charities come January 2026, I will be showing proof of transfer of money via social media

So this year I will be doing a full year challenge of running minimum 5k daily but that’s not all each month I want to take part in running a Half Marathon, Marathon or Ultra Marathon this list of the events will be below and I’m sure I’ll be add more to the already 12 I’ve booked, the list of the runs and dates will be below and any donations would be greatly appreciated as I have set myself a very high target of £10,000 for the year, if there are any fellow runners that would like to join in on the journey or event drop me a message,
