We recently had a heartache in my family. My beautiful Aunt Becky Kahananui that lives in Missouri was diagnosed with 2 tumors on her parathyroid gland. Many of you know her as dancing at my wedding.

They are unsure at this point if the tumors are cancerous. It is destroying her bones, organs, and tissues so she needs a life-saving surgery. She is slowing going, so if she does not receive this surgery, she will not make it.

My brother and sister are flying her and my mom out to Tampa for surgery to a doctor who is willing to perform this surgery for removal at the end of June. My uncle is unable to go with her as they have 4 kids and one that needs special attention due to medical issues. I'm looking to try and help at any possible way with this burden. They have to come up with $700 for the surgery asap then all the other bills after the surgery. They do have insurance, but will not pay for the anesthesiologist which is very costly.
