Raise the Roof !

For over 27 years Sunnivue Farm - a R.O.S.E. Land Trust, has provided an opportunity to bring rural and urban communities together. Our appealing Organic and Biodynamic minded setting, has supported many individuals from a variety of backgrounds. Our visitors have had the opportunity to appreciate the gifts given by the land, while spending time at Sunnivue Farm.

After a heavy snowfall in January 2018, our beloved barn was severely damaged, as the lean-to roof collapsed. This has left us with the cost and challenge of a $28,000 repair bill. We are looking to the community at large to help us repair the barn so that Sunnivue can continue to be enjoyed and loved by all.

Among the groups who have enjoyed Sunnivue Farm are:

·         London Waldorf School

·         Craigwood Youth Services

·         WD Sutton School

·         Hutton House

·         Young Farmers

·         Entrepreneurs

·         Biodynamic Farming Students

·         Included in these groups are individuals with the following challenges:

·         At risk youth

·         At risk women

·         Individuals with a variety of disabilities and challenges, including intellectual, mobility, deafness, mental health and anxiety

·         Individuals living in low income and at risk of homelessness

Our goal is to have the barn completed by  Spring 2019. We are looking forward to celebrating the completion with a grand unveiling, by having an open house with our supporters and community members.

Thank-you so much for your support.
