Raising and supporting horses in Texas seems a natural fit, but with unseasonably cold winters and a growing herd it can be a challenge without appropriate shelter. At Camp Crucis Summer Camp, Retreat and Conference Center, our horses serve a vital role in our ministry and they need your help.

 The Farmer’s Almanac predicts a harsh winter ahead, so we prayerfully seek your assistance to help fund our barn-raising project. We’re currently developing plans to build a shelter that can—with your help—provide 3 very important things for our herd:

·       Shelter from extreme weather conditions
·       A controlled environment for feeding and watering
·       A safe place to recuperate from illness or injury
