Raising £1,000 for the people of Palestine

I’m taking part in a 10k run to raise £1,000 in support of our brothers and sisters in Palestine.

Your generous donations will go directly toward providing urgent aid to families in Gaza who are in desperate need of food, medical assistance, and other basic necessities to survive.

As you are aware, the ongoing genocide in Gaza has left countless families struggling to stay safe and alive. The suffering is unimaginable, parents are unable to feed their children, and the blockade of aid has made access to food nearly impossible. Prices of essential goods have skyrocketed, and many are left with nothing.

Did you know that a single bag of flour in Gaza now costs around $250? For many families, this is an unimaginable expense.

It is truly heartbreaking to witness the pain and suffering of our brothers and sisters. But we have the power to make a difference. Together, we can ease their burden and bring hope to those who have been forgotten.

“Whoever saves a life, it is as though he had saved the lives of all mankind” (Qur’an 5:32).

I urge you to support this cause and help feed the most vulnerable. Every single pound you donate can help provide life-saving aid to those in dire need.

May Allah Almighty accept our Sadaqah, purify our intentions, and allow us to give purely for His sake, seeking only His pleasure.
