I have set up this fundraising page to enable my daughter Lucy-mae to help raise funds for The Little Princess Trust.

After watching the news one evening Lucy saw a story of a little girl who had donated her hair to help children with cancer. Lucy was upset and angry when learning about cancer and the devastating effects it has on children and wanted to help.

We spoke about how children can loose their hair when receiving treatment and in Lucys words "also loose their identity"

On 30th June, Lucy will be cutting off approximately 15inches of her hair, this will be then donated to The Little Princess Trust to be made into real hair wigs for children.

We have set an initial target of just £150, this pays for a professional wig fitting.

Any additional funds made will help towards the costs of making one wig.
