Hi, my name is Sara Horton and I’m starting this go fund me to try to get some help with paying for my fathers funeral. He was diagnosed with tongue cancer 2 years ago and had a very difficult road from there. He had his tongue removed, and shortly after had physical therapy. From there it just kept getting worse. About 4 weeks ago we were told that he had stage 4 lung cancer, and was told he had 2-3 months to live. He ended up passing shortly after. He passed away in his sleep, without any pain. This was sudden for us because up until 4 weeks ago we thought he was cancer free, according to the doctors that was never the case. My brother and I lost our mother as well when we were younger. With the hardships my father had to face I want to be able to give him the funeral he deserves. He was my everything, the kindest man I will ever meet, as well as my biggest supporter. His family loves him and would like a chance to show him that. Anything helps, thank you for listening.
