On June 8th, I will be taking on the challenge of running 36km in a single day at the Spartan Race to raise money for Heart Research UK.

This is in memory of John Loughrey. A beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother, and uncle who we sadly lost last year. My goal is to raise £1000, but every donation, no matter how big or small, will go toward this incredible cause.

As an extra challenge, if we break £600, I will face my fear of skydiving in John’s memory.
