Raise money for sudden deaths in young people from epilepsy
Jessica Watkin and Phoebe Stockwell are running a half marathon in October 2025 with the intention of raising money in aid of Sudden Unexpected Death in Epilepsy Action (SUDEP).
In July 2023, we tragically lost one of the most amazing, irreplaceable friends, Leah Haddrell who was only 18. We both thought of Leah as a sister. Leah always looked on the bright side of life and always had a smile on her face. The endearing memories of Leah are why it is so important for us both to complete this in her memory.
There are at least three epilepsy-related deaths a day in the UK which is why we want to raise as much money for SUDEP Action as we can. SUDEP means so much to Leah’s family, as well as many other people affected by these tragedies. We hope that you can support this cause by donating as much as you can.
Every donation of any amount will be highly appreciated to help SUDEP continue to be there for anyone affected by such tragic events. ❤️
