I am setting up this fundraiser as a way to show support towards my mother who has recently been diagnosed with a scarred and failing heart. Due to the condition her heart is in, she will be in need of a heart transplant and could be months till the surgery. Our family appreciates any little bit that could help my mother get back to her normal and healthy lifestyle and to help our family along the journey!
