The Beicio Cymru Foundation, the charity arm of Beicio Cymru (the organisation I work for) aims to develop and promote cycling opportunities for people in Wales, particularly for under-represented groups or those living in disadvantaged areas. Please help me use the power of bikes to make a difference in communities across Wales!

The vision is of a vibrant cycling culture with cycling an integral part of Welsh life—inspiring, connecting, and enhancing the well-being of all individuals and communities across Wales.

An example of a project I've worked on through the charity is called Pedal and Picnic - a programme to support more teenage girls in areas of deprivation to access safe cycling in their local area.
