Hey everyone.

For those that don’t know my name is Aaron. My older brother Daniel passed just under 3 years ago from a heart attack.

He was always the life and soul of any room he walked in and shows how heart attacks can happen to anyone.

I have decided to do the Birmingham 10K on 3rd of may. Now for people that know me will be thinking what. But I have committed to do this and will make it across the line like I’m hoping you will all help me cross this goal line.

Training is going to be tough but the end goal and feeling of accomplishment and pride is the reward.
