In January I found out tragic news that I lost a childhood friend to a car crash. Up until recently I really struggled with my mental health and getting out of the house around this time. This isn’t something anyone should have to go through. This is why I am running a marathon for Brake, this charity aims to help victims of car crashes talk to specialists about how they’re feeling and how they can feel better!

Death isn’t something that is easy to deal with and especially when it comes from something as common as car crashes but Brake are doing there best to help as many victims as they can!
