Ark Angels is a registered animal charity based on the Wrexham/Chester border, devoted to caring for abandoned and unwanted animals. They are a small foster based rescue which relies heavily on dedicated volunteers. Kelly has dedicated 28 years helping and rescuing abused animals and will continue to do so while there are animals in need.
