Help the team at Reform Gym raise money in aid of ANDYSMANCLUB Limited. This is a charity very close to our hearts, not just the staff, but members too. Having male members of the gym, currently suffering with mental health or have done so in the past. Suicide is the biggest killer of men in the UK. In 2021, 3852 men died by suicide.

ANDYSMANCLUB facilitates peer to peer support groups across the UK and Scotland. They provide a confidential non judgemental space for men to get together to chat about anything that they would like to get off of their chest. There is no waiting list, no referral or signing in process.
