Hi, my name is Elizabeth and I’m 15 years old. About a year ago, I started having seizures and it was debilitating. It still is, but instead of 50 a day, I only have about 10 to 15 a day now. I get injured frequently from passing out randomly at school and at home. My doctors believe a seizure response dog could help me recognize when one is coming and help me get to a safe place, and help comfort me through the seizure. It could be a game changer to my life and help me fight this. The only issue is that getting a seizure response dog is expensive.
